Season Pass Definitions

A family is defined as up to 2 adult guardians & dependent children under 18 years of age living in the same residence. At least one member must be a parent or legal guardian to qualify. Proof of qualification may be required.

A family season pass includes up to 4 immediate family members.  Additional immediate family members are $104 plus GST. Grandparents may be counted as additional members only.

To qualify for Student pricing a valid Student ID from a recognized post secondary institute must be shown at the time of purchase.

A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement must be signed before a season pass will be issued. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver of liability on behalf of the season pass holder before a pass will be issued. Waiver forms may not be faxed.

A season pass is valid for the season from opening day (Mid November) to closing day (late March). Season Passes are not valid for private hill rentals or special events that fall outside of the season (before opening day or after closing day).

All season pass refund requests are subject to Rabbit Hill’s Refund Policy.

Season rentals are to be used at Rabbit Hill only and must be returned to the rental shop after every use.  Season rentals are subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance.

A season rental waiver must be signed before any rentals can be used. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the season rental waiver on behalf of the renter.

A lost, stolen or forgotten season pass can be replaced for $5 at Customer Service by providing photo ID. At the time of replacement, the original card will be deactivated.
