Season Pass Definitions
Release of LIability
IMPORTANTÂ - RELEASE AGREEMENT REQUIRED: All season pass and rental season pass holders must read and agree to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Release Agreement"), which will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue.
This must be done ONLINE before a season pass card will be issued. If the release agreement is not completed, access to Rabbit Hill Snow Resort’s facilities will not be permitted.
Please read the Release Agreement prior to your purchase and only proceed with your purchase if you agree to the terms of the Release Agreement.

Family Season Pass
The Family Season Pass includes up to two adult parents/guardians and two dependent children under 18 years of age, all residing in the same household. At least one family member must be a parent or legal guardian to qualify. Proof of qualification may be required. Up to 4 additional members can be added for a fee, including post-secondary students 18+ and/or Grandparents.
Student Season Pass
To qualify for Student pricing, a valid Student ID from a recognized post-secondary institute must be shown at the time of purchase.
When is my Season Pass Valid?
A Season Pass is valid during regular business hours for one operating season. The defined season extends from mid-November or early December to late March or early April, depending on weather conditions and operational factors.Â
Rabbit Hill does not guarantee the number of operational days each season, and there are no refunds or credits for any perceived loss of riding days due to weather, mechanical breakdown, or other factors beyond Rabbit Hill’s control.
Season Passes are not valid for private events or events outside the operating season.Â
Season Passes are non-transferable and valid for only the season in which they are dated for.

Season Rentals
Season rentals are to be used at Rabbit Hill only and must be returned to the rental shop after every use. Season rentals are subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance.
A season rental waiver must be signed before any rentals can be used. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the season rental waiver on behalf of the renter.

Lost or Stolen Pass
A lost, stolen or forgotten season pass can be replaced for $5 at Customer Service by providing photo ID. At the time of replacement, the original card will be deactivated.
Season Passes are Non-transferable
