Due to the Canada Post strike, we are unable to mail out season passes, gift cards, donation items, or any other physical products at this time. We encourage you to pick up your passes or gift cards in person at the Customer Services desk during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM.
- Saturday, Nov. 23 or Sunday Nov. 24: 9 AM - 3 PM.

Release of Liability
All season pass and rental season pass holders must read and agree to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Release Agreement") ONLINE before a season pass card will be issued. Any pass holder under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign and initial on their behalf. Your Season Pass and Rental Season Pass Release Agreement will be emailed directly to the email on your account once you have completed the purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTICERelease Agreement Required. The use of ski area premises and facilities and participation in activities at ski areas involves various risks, dangers and hazards. As a condition of purchasing this product, the participant must READ and AGREE to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release Agreement”). These conditions will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue Rabbit Hill Snow Resort for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident! You will be emailed a link when you purchase your Season Pass. If you do not receive your link (please check your junk first), please email [email protected] and we can resend it to you. |

To Purchase Your Season Pass:
1. Purchase your Season Pass online. When purchasing online, we find it best to use Google Chrome. There have been issues using Internet Explorer by some guests.

2. Complete your online Release Agreement - this must be done before your season pass will be issued. Your Release Agreement will be sent to your email address for you to fill out. If you are purchasing for multiple people, you will receive a seperate link for each individual to fill out if they are over 18 or for their parent or guardian to fill out should they be under 18.
3. When purchasing before opening day, we will pre-print your RFID season pass in early November, provided you have signed your Release Agreement online, to make pass pick-up quicker. You MUST have a photo attached to your file and your Release Agreement Signed. If the pass holder is 12 or under they must have a new photo on their file for the card to be printed. **We are still waiting on the arrival of our RFID Season Pass Cards, once we receive them we will email all passholders with further pick up information.
4. Once you have your RFID Season Pass Card, you can go directly to the lifts! REMEMBER: Show your Season Pass at Rabbit Hill and our Retail and Mountain Partners to get great deals! See the bottom of this page for more details!
*A Season Pass is valid for the season from opening day (Mid November) to closing day (late March). Season Passes are not valid for private hill rentals or special events that fall outside of the season (before opening day or after closing day).
**Season Passes are non-transferable - A FRAUD FEE of $50 will be charged to any pass holder caught sharing their season pass or using a season pass that is not valid for their age group. The pass being used for the fraud will also be blacked out for a period of 48 hours, which will be extended for any subsequent abuses. The Fraud Fee must be paid in full before the season pass is reactivated.

Season Rental Procedure

Season Pass FAQ’s
I purchased my season pass in September, how do I get my Friends Ski Free tickets?
Your Friends Ski Free tickets are attached to your profile in our system. In order to redeem your free tickets, you will need to accompany your guest to Customer Service where we can look up your profile. Friends Ski Free tickets CANNOT be redeemed online through our webstore.
I have season rentals, do I need to book a date and time to come down?
Currently, we are not requiring season renters to reserve a date and time. We will have a dedicated line for season renters to short cut you through our front end process. If future restrictions are placed on our rental operations, then we may have to implement a reservation system again.
When will I get my Season Pass?
If you have not already received your RFID season pass card in the mail, you will need to pick it up at Customer Service. If you are picking it up on your first day of riding, please be prepared for a wait at Customer Service. In the early part of the season there are a lot of pass holders picking up their passes at the same time.
What happens if I forget, lose, or have my RFID card stolen?
If you forget, lose, or have your RFID card stolen, visit Customer Service with a valid photo ID. They will issue you a new card, and any purchases on the original card will be transferred to the new one.
Please note:
- The first card is included with your original purchase.
- Replacement cards incur a $5 fee.
- Once a replacement is issued, the original card will be deactivated.
