Thank you for purchasing a Rabbit Hill Season Rental Pass for the 2025/26 winter season. Season renters have unlimited access to rental ski and snowboard equipment during regular opening hours at Rabbit Hill. View our hours of operation.

Season Rental Pass

Please note that your Season Rental Pass gives you access to rental equipment only and does not include access onto the hill. You must have a season pass or daily lift ticket to go anywhere on the hill. Our rental equipment can only be used at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort and must be returned at the end of each visit.

Reminder: Your 25/26 Season Rental Pass will be automatically loaded onto an RFID Card. If you were issued a card last season, your new season rental pass will be loaded onto your previous card. If you can’t find your old card, we can issue you a new one for $5 at Customer Service. You will continue to use your RFID card from previous seasons.

ONline release agreement

All rental season pass holders must read and agree to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Release Agreement"), which will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue. You were emailed a link to the online Agreement when you purchased the season rental package. If you purchased for multiple people, you received a separate link for each individual to fill out if they are over 18, or for their parent or guardian to fill out if the renter is under 18.

This online Agreement must be completed each season before you can use the rental equipment.

Rental Equipment Pick Up Process

  1.  On your first visit of the season, please proceed through the “Season Renter Entrance” at the Rental Shop. Please have your RFID card ready to scan. 
  2. Rental staff will confirm your season rental pass and online Agreement are in good order, and then we will create a season rental card for each renter. We will record the measurements of each renter, which must be updated throughout the season. This rental card will be used to track your visits.
  3. Rental staff will safely fit the equipment for each season renter. All rental equipment is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  4. On each subsequent visit, please proceed directly to the Rental Shop. Use the “Season Renter Entrance” to skip the daily renter lineup. After your first visit, you can head straight to the boot area to get assistance with your rental boots.

Using Personal Equipment

If you would like to use your own ski or snowboard boots, they must pass a visual inspection by rental staff. If they pass our safety inspection, staff can adjust rental skis and snowboards to fit your boots. Please keep your personal ski/board boots off so that staff can adjust the rental bindings easily.

If you would like to use your own skis, the binding system must pass a visual inspection by rental staff. Please bring your personal skis into the Rental Shop when you come to get your rental boots.

Privacy Policy

In order to respect the privacy of all our guests, we request that no videos or photos be taken inside the Rental Shop. Please wait until you are outside to capture your special memories with your loved ones.
