Sample Season Pass & Embrace Card Release Agreement
IMPORTANTÂ - RELEASE AGREEMENT REQUIRED: All season pass and Embrace Card holders must read and agree to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Release Agreement"), which will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue.
This must be done ONLINE before a season pass card will be issued. If the release agreement is not completed, access to Rabbit Hill Snow Resort’s facilities will not be permitted.
The link below is a SAMPLE PDF of the same release agreement that will be emailed to you after you purchase your Season Pass or Embrace Card. Any pass holder under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign and initial on their behalf.
