Donation Program

For decades, Rabbit Hill has proudly supported local teams and organizations through our donation program. By providing product packages for community organization initiatives and events, we help them raise valuable funds that fuel their programs and strengthen our region. Last season alone we donated over 140 packages worth over $30,000.

We are proud to support organizations and initiatives that reflect our community values. Our commitment is rooted in fostering youth development, promoting outdoor recreation, and championing environmental stewardship.

Donation Guidelines: 

  • Donation Requests are taken between August 1 and February 15.
  • Events must take place between August 1 and March 1 of the current season.
  • Only one donation per group/organization per season.
  • We do require an official donation request letter on letterhead from your organization.
  • As much as we would love to donate to everyone, we do have a limited number of donations available per season. Only those selected to receive a donation will be contacted.
