Ski & Snowboard School
Spend time on the snow teaching guests the basic stances, techniques, movements, and safety precautions of winter sports. You will enhance your student’s ability to ski or ride while enjoying your love of the sport. All you need is a willingness to learn, have some skiing or riding experience, possess the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make responsible decisions quickly.
CSIA or CASI certification (minimum Level 1) is preferred. If you are not certified but are an intermediate rider interested in becoming certified, we will help prepare you to take the CSIA or CASI courses during the season. These certification courses are available at Rabbit Hill. Must have your own equipment and reliable transportation.

Lift Operator
You greet guests and staff while ensuring their safety as hey ride our lifts. This position requires attentive, safety-oriented individuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to deal with a variety of people. This is an outdoors, all-weather position.

Full Lift Operator Job Description
NEW OPPORTUNITY - Lift Operations Assistant Manager
You will work closely with our Lift Operations Manager with supervising and directing activities of lift operations as well as the RFID attendants. This is a full time year-round position. Previous experience in lift operations or a similar role within the ski industry is highly desirable
RFID Gate Attendant
This position will need to have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be physically fit. Responsibilities will include assisting with the new RFID gates, checking customers’ lift tickets and season passes before they go on any lift and providing customers with a positive and memorable experience at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort.

Tube Park Attendant
Greet and assist users in our brand-new tube park. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you want to be part of a team that assists and monitors users in Rabbit Hill’s newest family activity. You’re excited to help implement and optimize the experience in the tube park. You’re an active outdoors person, and you have an eye for detail and an attitude of safety. You’re comfortable working with people of all ages, and you want to share your interest in outdoor activity with others.
Minimum Age: 15
Ski Patrol
Patrol the hill to ensure that all guests are skiing or riding according to the “Alpine Responsibility Code” and Rabbit Hill policies. Respond to any incidents or accidents promptly. You pay close attention to detail, possess solid negotiation and mediation skills, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of people.
EMR certification and/or previous Ski Patrol experience is required. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make responsible decisions quickly.

Customer Service
You sell season passes, area passes, answer phone calls, and provide general Rabbit Hill information for our guests. You have a “do what it takes attitude” toward guests, and remain courteous, patient, and tactful in all interactions. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential to deal with a variety of people. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make responsible decisions quickly. You are detail-oriented, possess cash handling experience, and can problem-solve effectively.
Minimum Age: 17
Food & Beverage
You work as a team helping to operate the kitchen – cashier, cook, kitchen prep, and dishwasher. You are cool under pressure and have some experience working in a high-volume kitchen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to deal with a variety of people. You are efficient; detail oriented, possess cash handling experience, and are bondable.

Rental Shop
Your enthusiasm for customer service will assist you in outfitting our guests for an enjoyable experience. A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary to succeed on our team. You will develop your technical skills with our hands-on training. Park Patrol
You are responsible for the daily operations of our 3 terrain parks and to ensure all safety measures are in place to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. You also ensure all guests using the terrain parks have a lift ticket, helmet, leash and the proper skill level to ride the park safely. This is an outdoors, all weather position.
Minimum Age: 16
Snow Making
Our Snow Making teams run around the clock. You enjoy working shift work and will work with a team to create our great winter playground. Snow Making is a 6-8 week process that can start between late October and early November. This is an outdoors, all-weather position. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid class 5 driver’s license.
Minimum Age: 18
Grooming
You create our corduroy and shape our winter playground. Groomers work through the night to produce the best-groomed conditions for our guests. Successful applicants must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience running heavy machinery is an asset, as well as a keen eye and attention to detail.
Minimum Age: 18
Custodial
You will come to work after we close each day and work through the night to keep our facility clean and ready for guests. You are able to work with minimal supervision and can lift 40-50lbs repetitively for short periods of time. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays and have reliable transportation.
