Snow Squad

Our snow squad is ready to take on the slopes one run at a time!

Snow Squad is an 11-week group lesson program designed for kids who have some skiing or snowboarding experience and are ready to push their skills further. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable on runs served by the chairlift or T-bar. It’s a great way to build ability, gain confidence, and make some new friends along the way.

Your lift ticket and rentals are valid all day, so don’t call it a day when your lesson ends! Get back out on the hill, practise your new skills, and squeeze in a few more runs. The more you ride, the better you’ll get.

What to Expect

A great lesson starts with good planning, and a bit of important information.

Check in at the Lesson Desk at least 1 hour before your lesson, then head to the Rental Shop no later than 45 minutes prior. On holidays, give yourself up to an hour extra to avoid feeling rushed.

Check in at the Lesson Counter at least 30 minutes before your lesson start time.

Helmets are REQUIRED for all lesson participants.

Lessons can be purchased online a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Limited walk-in spots may be available, call the Lesson Desk at 780-955-2440 ext. 39 to check availability.

Groups are kept to 4-8 students to ensure personalized instruction. Students are grouped by age and ability. Your stated ability level helps us place you appropriately, though instructors may adjust groupings on arrival to ensure the best fit.

There are no makeup lessons or refunds for missed days. But trust us, you won’t want to miss a single minute! If Rabbit Hill cancels a lesson, you'll receive a credit toward future lessons or, where that isn't feasible, a refund for the cancelled session.
