As a condition of purchasing this product, the participant must READ and AGREE to the Rabbit Hill Snow Resort Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release Agreement”). These conditions will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue Rabbit Hill Snow Resort for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident!
