Looking for a more personalized learning experience? Accelerate your progress with private ski and snowboard lessons at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort. Our certified instructors provide one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, whether you're learning the basics, building confidence, or refining advanced techniques. Private lessons are available daily for all ages and skill levels.

Book Your Lesson

Private lessons are available during our regular season, get one-one instruction and develop skills and confidence on the hill. Lessons are available at all ability levels and ages. Plus, when booking your lesson with Rabbit Hill you can also save on your lift tickets.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance either online or in person at the Lesson Desk. These lessons fill up fast, so we recommend booking online as soon as your preferred date becomes available.

Walk-ins are welcome when space is available. To avoid disappointment, call the Lesson Desk at 780-955-2440 ext. 39 before you arrive to check availability.

Private Lesson Bundles

Bundles cover the first and second participant in the same lesson. Need to add more? Additional participants are available at a reduced rate, making it an even better deal for groups.

Lessons for 3-Year Olds

We offer 1-hour private lessons for 3-year-olds on a case-by-case basis.

What to Expect

A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what to know before your lesson so you can focus on the fun.

Renting equipment? Check in at the Lesson Desk at least 1 hour before your lesson, then head to the Rental Shop no later than 45 minutes prior. On holidays, we recommend arriving up to an hour early to allow for longer wait times.

Have your own equipment? Check in at the Lesson Desk at least 30 minutes before your lesson start time.

Late check-ins (less than 30 minutes before the lesson) will be rebooked for another date and time.

All lesson participants must wear a helmet.

Frequently Asked Questions

We strongly recommend it! Our Snow School offers beginner lessons designed to teach you the basics safely and confidently, so you can enjoy your day on the hill. Even experienced skiers can benefit from a refresher. It is recommended that you register for lessons online in advance to reserve your spot; they tend to fill fast on weekends and holidays!

The Alpine Responsibility Code is a set of safety rules that all skiers and snowboarders are expected to follow on the hill. These rules help keep everyone safe and are an industry standard at ski resorts across Canada. Copies are available at Customer Service and posted throughout the resort.
