Lockers

A limited number of lockers are available (debit/credit only) for full or half-day use. Shelf storage is also available. Leave valuables at home. Rabbit Hill is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Food & Beverage

Fuel up at our full-service food area, offering a range of hot and cold options, including homemade sandwiches, salads, and fresh-baked goods. Prefer to pack your own? Microwaves are available in the day lodge.

Parking

We do have a large parking lot, however, it tends to fill up quickly on nice days or during the holiday periods. We recommend carpooling with a friend, it helps the environment at the same time!

Tips for New Visitors

We want to get your day off to a great start and have you enjoy the hill as efficiently as possible. Here are a few tips for your visit.

You can pull up to the lodge to unload your gear in our turnaround area, then please park in the main lot. Never leave equipment unattended! Lock it up or have someone stay with it.

Please lock skis and snowboards on the outdoor racks or leave them with a friend before entering the lodge.

Purchase online or in person. Buying online saves you 15%! Pick up online tickets at the RFID card boxes or ticket windows. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 780-955-2440.

Lessons fill up fast, so we recommend booking at least 10 days in advance (2 days minimum). Arrive at least an hour before your lesson and check in at the main lodge, the Snow School will take care of the rest, including your lift ticket, rental voucher, and instructor meeting point.

Beginners: Start on the Magic Carpet (outside the Rental Shop exit), then progress to the Rope Tow

Intermediate/Advanced: 2 T-Bars and 1 Chairlift access the full hill, including terrain parks. River Run is a guest favorite!

Run difficulty follows standard colour classifications (Green Circle, Blue Square, Black Diamond), rated relative to Rabbit Hill terrain. Ask any lift attendant if you need help riding the lifts.

Patrol staff wear red jackets with a white cross. To report an injury or safety concern, ask any staff member. All guests are expected to follow the Alpine Responsibility Code.
