How do I purchase a ticket with my Embrace Card?
Embrace Cards are Direct to Lift, meaning you can skip Customer Service entirely! Here’s how it works:
- Your Embrace Card is linked to your credit card.
- The discounted ticket rate is automatically charged after your card is scanned for the first run of the day.
- Pricing is based on our online rates, offering you even more savings!
Important:
- A valid photo ID must be presented to Customer Service when picking up your Embrace Card.
- Embrace Cards are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
When is my Embrace Card Valid?
An Embrace Card is valid during regular business hours for one operating season. The defined season extends from mid-November or early December to late March or early April, depending on weather conditions and operational factors.
Rabbit Hill does not guarantee the number of operational days each season, and there are no refunds or credits for any perceived loss of riding days due to weather, mechanical breakdown, or other factors beyond Rabbit Hill’s control.
Embrace Cards are not valid for private events or events outside the operating season. Embrace Cards are NOT VALID FOR SCHOOL TRIPS, SKI CLUB RACES, SPECIAL EVENTS or any visit where discounted or promotional rates apply.
Embrace Cards are non-transferable and valid for only the season in which they are dated for.
