No experience? No problem, we provide training for all our positions including instructors.

Assistant Snow School Manager
The Assistant Snow School Manager supports the Snow School Manager in maintaining high standards and efficiency across the Snow School, overseeing instructors, lesson desk staff, and supervisors while handling a variety of administrative duties and teaching lessons or training sessions. This role acts as second-in-command, managing the department in the Snow School Manager’s absence. Group Services Coordnator
The Group Services Coordinator manages school, group, and hill rental bookings (including groups of 20 or more), and facilitates visiting groups on site from arrival to departure, serving as the primary point of contact for teachers, parents, and group leaders. Beyond day-to-day coordination, this role is expected to actively grow Rabbit Hill’s group business, particularly non-school and tubing groups. Snowmaker
Snowmakers will be accountable for carrying out assignments from the Crew Lead and Snowmaking Manager. This includes making quality snow in the highest volumes possible by learning and understanding the snowmaking process. Snowmakers will be responsible for operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment, such as snow guns, pumps, and generators.
