Group Equipment Rental Forms:

 

Rental Form Instructions: -please make sure that you fill in all your Group Indentification information at the top of the form and only the student's names who will be renting equipment in the body of the form. If any student is not renting equipment they should not be on the rental form.

 

Our Group system is designed to process your group through our rental shop as quickly as possible. As such if you wish to modify the group form please discuss the desired changes with our group coordinator prior to your arrival.

 

-There are two Forms to choose from on the links below.

-The single page "Form" has space for up to 20 students

-The Multi page "Form" has up to 10 pages allowing for up to 200 students

Please Note:Groups must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by Rabbit Hill. Confirmations are only possible Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. If you do not get a reply from our group coordinator your group is not confirmed. If you require immediate booking availability please contact our group coordinator at 955-2440.
